Question: When can you legally publish a picture?
I just got an email with some “Joke” pictures….made me laugh, and I thought “Hey, I think others might get a laugh from these comics, I’ll blog these”…..but then I thought….”I don’t have copyright, so I can’t publish them”. Is that right….unless you have the copyright to a picture, you can’t publish it?
